As orders are for custom signed products, refunds are not available once the event has passed, so please ensure you have someone available to collect your order at the event. If you cannot attend and no one can collect your order, you can choose to have your books sent to you at an additional charge (cost will depend on number of books ordered, weight, and shipping location).
